7 things to do besides 🔥burn🔥 down your life and business

Aka put on your favorite punk or emo music from high school and cry in the shower!

👩‍🚒2) Rage clean your home.

Maybe that playlist from above will be a great fit for that too!

👩‍🚒3) Eat something!

Drink a full glass of water and eat something, you silly goose

👩‍🚒4) S*x Magic!

Get out your vibrator and turn your stress into erotic energy

👩‍🚒5) Spend time with your magic practice!

Make an offering to Venus and revamp your altars or devotional spaces

👩‍🚒6) Get outside and sit on the earth.

Ask the earth to hold you and help metabolize your feelings.

👩‍🚒7) Move your body!

Dance around naked or in your underwear to your favorite current music (it’s Chappell Roan for me) and remember who the fuck you are!

When you’re more regulated, it can be a bit easier to attune to the moment with more clarity.

It can be a lot easier to make longer term decisions for sustained success when we aren’t operating out of urgency or collapse.

When you’re in that place of clarity, ask yourself: do you still need to burn something down?
